Internal news

The latest news from the information department is published in a CMS module. This is the only feature of CrossWall that is reminiscent of the intranet of old.

Wall

All users have their own notice board. This will contain information regarding an individual’s skills, position and engagements. Comments and feedback may be posted on the notice boards.

Common wall

This is the wall of walls. A compilation of information that you have a connection with in one way or another – from persons or groups, to discussions you are following.

Groups

Set up discussion groups, project work groups or other types of groups. Share information, news or files.

Search

Find what you are looking for. Sort by employees, skills, groups or discussions.

News

You may choose news feeds supplied by the search robot OptiNews. It is up to individual clients to define which types of specialised subjects they would like the robot to scan on behalf of employees.

Wiki

 Wiki is about the collective quality control of knowledge. With CrossWall, your company will have its own Wiki.

Skills upgrading

Register skills, evaluate employee abilities and use CrossWall to upgrade employee skills. The system provides you with daily updated GAP analyses, support for employee development discussions and management tools for skills upgrading initiatives.
